Send feedback
Pick the one that fits, and your email app opens with it filled in:
In the app, Settings › Send Feedback does the same, with your app and iOS versions already filled in.

Subscriptions
What does Mirror cost? After you set it up, Mirror needs Mirror Premium: yearly, monthly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. New subscribers can try the yearly plan free for 7 days.
How do I cancel? On your iPhone, open Settings › Apple Account (your name at the top) › Subscriptions › Mirror Premium › Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
How do I get Premium back on a new phone, or after deleting the app? Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Mirror, and tap Restore on the Premium screen. Premium usually comes back by itself, without tapping anything.
How do I get a refund? Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What happens to my rules when my subscription ends? The next time you open Mirror, your rules switch off and your apps open as normal. Anything you locked in (a strict hold, a lock-in or No Take-Backs) runs to its end first. The apps you picked, your history and your answers are kept.
Screen Time and blocking
Why does Mirror need Screen Time access? It’s how iOS lets an app see your usage patterns and hold the apps you choose. Your activity never leaves your phone. See the Privacy Policy.
A blocked app opened anyway, or a block came on a minute late. Screen Time can take a minute or two to apply a limit after it’s reached. If an app stays open well past that, check that Screen Time access is still on in Settings › Screen Time, then open Mirror once.
Can Mirror block apps on my iPad or Mac? Not yet. Mirror runs on iPhone, and its rules hold apps on that iPhone. Apple doesn’t let apps like Mirror block apps on a Mac at all.
How do I make Mirror harder to switch off? Set a Screen Time passcode that someone else knows, and turn on Lock Screen Time Settings. Mirror’s Settings explains how.
Deleting Mirror
Turn your rules off before you delete the app. Settings › Your Data › Delete All Data switches everything off and clears what Mirror keeps. If you delete the app while apps are still held, iOS can leave them blocked with Mirror gone.
Apps still blocked after deleting Mirror? Install Mirror again and open it once: it releases everything it was holding as it starts up. You can then delete it.
Your data
Everything Mirror keeps stays on your iPhone. Settings › Your Data lets you export your history or delete it, and deleting the app removes everything. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use have the details.
